I have been busting my butt (literally) trying to get back to my fitness regimen. Most of you have known about that because I post about it all the time on Instagram. It's been really hard work, and after Thanksgiving, I'm back to my same weight that I've been at. *sigh* 

But I've recently been working hard at my yoga practice again. I quit for a little while as my depression kicked in and it was really hard on me, physically and mentally. It's so nice to be back at it but also somewhat discouraging because I lost so much flexibility. 


I started just following along with Erin Motts again on Youtube doing her Original 30 Day Yoga Challenge. It's by far my favorite on there because it's calming but extremely effective. In fact, I finished today and my arms were ON FIRE. I know they will be worse after the gym tonight too. 


Of course, you know me. I'm trying to do way more than I'm capable of right now because I'm stubborn. I tried to do a handstand and almost died. Ok, that might be a little dramatic, but I honestly have no sense of balance when it comes to that. I'm doing much better with my headstands though! 

That's about all I have for you update wise so far. I will post again as soon as I get my doula books in the mail! Hopefully they come today so I can read them all tonight and tomorrow. That's probably a stretch since my brother is coming home from overseas tonight! We will definitely be going to see him but I will get to the books ASAP and report back to you guys. ;)
